LADY Psiyina Davis
Psiyina [sigh-YE-nuh] is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and an AAMFT Approved Supervisor. She earned both the Master of Arts in Christian Counseling and the Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy. She is in the fourth year of her PhD program at National University. She has a private practice, Psiyina L. Davis, PLLC, and is a Clinician at The Armstrong Center for Hope. She assists individuals, couples, and families in achieving their mental health goals. She educates communities on the importance of maintaining psychological, physiological, and spiritual well-being through workshops and seminars on soul care, mental wellness, premarital/marital relationship health, and other topics related to mental health. She is Professor Davis at Touro University Worldwide as a Core Faculty Member, teaching the practicum class for master-level students.
Lady Davis is married to Bishop Herbert R. Davis, PhD, and they serve as leaders of the multicultural Nehemiah Church COGIC, a single church with two congregations. Nehemiah Church comprises the African-American Nehemiah Christian Center and the Latino Iglesia Nehemias. She is the First Lady of the El Salvador Jurisdiction of the Church of God in Christ. Lady Psiyina serves in a team leadership role as the Pastor of Congregational Care (providing the congregation with spiritual and psychological support during life transitions, grief, and hospitalization). In the International Department of Women for COGIC, she serves on Lydia’s Daughters prayer team and co-leads the IDOW Mental Health Professionals Alliance. She has been a Licensed Evangelist in COGIC since 2000.
Lady Psiyina is a native of Detroit, Michigan, and currently resides in Durham, NC with her husband. They are the proud parents of four adult daughters and a son-in-love.

Pastor latrice ryan
Evangelist LaTrice Ryan is an author, evangelist, and transformational leader known for her bold faith, prophetic clarity,
and uncompromising delivery of the Word of God. She is the founder of LaTrice Ryan Ministries and the Kingdom
Sniper Institute, a global mentorship community established in 2020. LaTrice’s ministry is marked by formation,
discipline, and revival. As a licensed Respiratory Therapist of over 20 years, she has been trained to revive and

Her authority is further forged through nine years of service in the United States Army and Army Reserves, where
structure, obedience, and execution became foundational. Through Kingdom Sniper Institute, LaTrice partners with her
husband to mentor prayer-driven Christians to build spiritual strength and marketplace excellence. The Institute
intentionally blends military structure with a biblical backbone, producing believers who know how to pray with power,
lead with clarity, and live with discipline. Since its inception, the community has reached more than 6,500 trailblazers,
known as Snipers, including ministry leaders, entrepreneurs, professionals, and government officials. Traveling
nationally and internationally, LaTrice delivers messages that are prophetic, practical, and life-giving.
Her initiatives—Live Through It, Pretty In Pink, and the Unshakable Faith Conference—reflect her conviction that faith must move beyond inspiration into transformation. She is the author of Finisher, a board member of Rise Up Single Moms,and a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother committed to legacy, leadership, and lives changed through Christ.
Pastor T. REnea glenn

Tammy Renea Glenn, affectionately called Pastor Glenn or Pastor Renea, is a native of Wellford, South
Carolina. Educated in the public school system of Spartanburg County, she graduated in 1984. Upon
completion of high school, Pastor Glenn continued her studies at Spartanburg Methodist College and
Charleston Southern University, where she received an Associate of Arts Degree and a Bachelor Degree in
Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology, respectively. She also holds credits in Theological Studies.
In June of 1988, she heard the commission of God to go into the entire world preaching and teaching the
Gospel. The first fourteen years of ministry were spent serving the missions field, evangelizing through
revivals, prison ministry, nursing home facilities, women’s groups, and prayer gatherings; witnessing
effective ministry with salvation of souls, manifested healings and many signs and wonders wrought by the
Holy Ghost.
Pastor Glenn’s faithfulness to God and commitment to His call made room for her next leg of the journey.
In obedience to leadership and submission to God, Pastor Glenn was elevated to the Pastorate, and serves
as the Founder and Senior Pastor of Restoration Church of Prayer. As an ordained Elder and Pastor, Pastor
Glenn is spirit-filled and serves with extreme passion; purposed to restore the people of God back to His
original intent by providing effective leadership and direction to ministerial staff, members, and volunteers.
Gifted with insight and sensitivity, Pastor Glenn understands challenges from unique perspectives, enabling
her to identify and provide solutions to quality-of-life and relational issues impacting individuals and our
society at large. Pastor Glenn is anointed to preach, engage, and energize any congregation as a dynamic
evangelistic speaker, while effectively managing pastoral care responsibilities.
Pastor Glenn carries upon her and walks in a strong mantle of prayer that is undeniable and exercises faith
that exceeds the natural. Pastor Glenn is aware of the intercessor’s anointing and the Prophetic assignment
that is upon her life for the Body of Christ, and she is committed to avail herself to God that He may use
her as He needs.
Pastor Glenn realizes the Honor and Grace bestowed upon her by God to entrust His people to her care, and
she does not take this assignment lightly. She has an Eternal “YES” in her heart to serve God anytime and
in any way. She truly loves Jesus and shows her love for His redemptive work on the Cross by being a true-
born again, Spirit filled, believer and witness in these last days.

Jennifer is committed to curating atmospheres for modern Christian conversations about Christian Singleness, sisterhood, salvation through candid and practical conversations with biblical biblical margins.
Over the last decade, Jennifer has partnered with various ministries to share the gospel of Jesus Christ through Bible studies , prayer calls, small groups and conferences. Additionally, She has made her imprint in the digital world by influencing and impacting thousands of souls for Jesus Christ.
In the COGIC church, Jennifer serves as the International Youth Department Coordinator for Young Women in Ministry and locally she serves as the NEXTGen for Perfecting Prayer and Praise Ministries.
Jennifer believes that her journey with God is a testament to the fact that God keeps His promises! It is her prayer and vow to serve people, love God and Win Souls for Jesus Christ.

LADY BARBARA T. LOCKETT
Lady Barbara T. Lockett is a native of Greensboro, North Carolina where she assisted her husband, the late Bishop Otis Lockett, Sr. and now assists her sons, Superintendent Otis Lockett, Jr. and Pastor Joshua Lockett in ministry
at the Evangel Fellowship Church of God in Christ, Triad Christian Center of High Point, and Zion Place Ministries.
Lady Lockett oversees the Women’s Ministry at all three churches. She served as District Missionary for the Greater Piedmont District of the Churches of God in Christ of NC Second Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction for twenty years (1993-
2013). In 2004, she founded WIM (Women in Ministry) International, a thriving ministry which brings together women from various churches and denominations for the purpose of enriching lives through prayer, the Word,
and fellowship! In 2014, Lady Lockett was appointed by Bishop Stenneth E. Powell, Sr. to the position of Assistant State Supervisor Of The Women’s Department of North Carolina Second Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction of the
Church of God in Christ.
In pursuit of excellence in education, Lady Lockett received two degrees from North Carolina A&T State University: a Bachelors of Science in English Education, and a Master in Education Administration and Supervision. She
taught High School English for 17 years before becoming a full time member of the Evangel Fellowship Ministries Staff.
Lady Barbara Turner Lockett and the late Bishop Otis Lockett are the proud parents of three God-fearing children: Dr. Faith Lockett Gardner (James R.
Gardner), Superintendent Otis Lockett, Jr. (Andrea S. Lockett) and Pastor Joshua S. Lockett. They are the grandparents of seven wonderful grandchildren: James Michael, Joseph Carson, Luke Otis, Aaron Drew, Imani Grace, Paige Melody, Psalm Trinity and counting....

PASTOR SANDRA STEPNEY
Pastor Sandra Stepney, a native of Greenville, North Carolina, accepted the Lord as her personal at the age of 16, and worked faithfully with the youth in her church, Wells Chapel Church of God in Christ. Sandra also served as a young speaker, mentor and weekly prayer group leader for youth and young adults in her community and the local church.
Pastor Sandra, affectionately called Pastor San, accepted the call to Ministry in 1996 and was licensed to preach the gospel on October 26, 1997 and officially ordained as a Pastor in 2005. Pastor Sandra joins her husband, Dr. Reginald P. Stepney in the ministry and the call to begin a local church, Fulfilled Promise Tabernacle in 2000. Pastor San is passionately about the development of the total woman – spiritually, physically, financially, and professionally.
Pastor San also serves as a conference and workshop speaker, encouraging women to step out into ministry and fulfill God’s purpose for their lives. Pastor San sponsored a quarterly Pastor’s Wives Fellowship to support the ministry gifts of the Pastor’s Wife, the First Lady. Pastor San served as Founder and Co-Host of the Women Celebrating Women Conference, and published a women’s journal and daily devotional, The Dove Collection, in 2005.
Sandra Stepney is a licensed Professional Engineer in the Civil Engineering discipline and retired from the North Carolina Department of Transportation with over 30 years of work experience in 2018. Sandra is currently a Senior Program Manager with Simpson Engineers & Associates. Sandra is the Founder of The Professional Business Conference, a conference focused on empowering women in various professional careers. Sandra is a 1983 graduate of North Carolina State University (NCSU) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, and currently serves on the Civil, Construction, and Environmental Engineering (CCEE) Advisory Board at NCSU.
Sandra is happily married to Dr. Reginald P. Stepney, her best friend. They have been married for over 40 years. They are the proud parents of two daughters, Krista and Regina, and a host of spiritual sons and daughters. Most importantly, Pastor Sandra is devoted to her commitment to Christ and the work of the Holy Spirit.
Pastor Sandra seeks to please God, understand the truth of His Word, and reveal that truth to the World.
